Colliers announces the sale of Branford Plaza in Sugar Land, Texas

Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of Branford Plaza located at 7417 Branford Place in Sugar Land, Texas. The buyer, Branford Partners LLC, was represented by Justin Brasell of Transwestern. Jenny Seckinger and Ace Schlameus of Colliers represented the seller, Hass Holdings, in the transaction.


Branford Plaza is an 8,400 square foot medical use center situated in the heart of Telfair, a master-planned community in Sugar Land. The center has excellent visibility along University Boulevard and has easy access to Highway 59, Highway 99 and Highway 6. A ±1.99 acre parcel remains available for sale or build-to-suit for office, retail or medical use along Branford Place.


The property is located in Houston's E Fort Bend Co/Sugar Land office submarket, which has 10.5 million square feet of office space contained within 472 buildings. The submarket is 85% occupied and the average asking rental rate is $28.44 per square foot.
