Colliers International announces the acquisition of Transcore Plaza, a 55,588 SF industrial/flex building in Northwest Houston

Colliers International notes Tim Phillips of TRECAP Sam Houston Parkway Partners LLC, a local private fund, has acquired 55,588 square feet in an industrial/flex building located at 2701-2801 West Sam Houston Parkway North, Houston, TX 77043. The property was purchased as a one hundred percent leased investment with triple net leases to two tenants, Harris County Toll Road Authority and Transcore, LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of Roper Technologies (NYSE: ROP). The building is well positioned within the submarket and a welcomed addition to the Buyer's Portfolio. The Seller was represented by Payton Indermuehle, SIOR with Keen Realty Advisors. Jason Tangen with Colliers International represented the Buyer in the transaction.
