Colliers announces the lease of 8,650 square feet in Fairway Business Park

Colliers is pleased to announce the lease of 8,650 square feet in Fairway Business Park located at 1501 Fairway Drive in Lewisville, Texas. The tenant, ARC Franchise Holdings DFW, was represented by Tommy Secules of Rubicon Representation. James Ewing of Colliers in Dallas and Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers in Houston/The Woodlands represented the landlord, GDT Interests, in the transaction.

 

“We are pleased to land this tenant in our project and intrigued by their plans,” said Glynn Trahan, President of GDT Interests. “The new tenant will be operating a SHOOT360 franchise, which combines state-of-the-art interactive technology with practical basketball skill training and coaching.”

 

Fairway Business Park totals 25,150 square feet and is situated on 2.54 acres just east of Interstate 35 Expressway and north of DFW International Airport. 

 

The property is located in Dallas/Fort Worth's Lewisville industrial submarket. The submarket contains 31.6 million square feet of industrial space, which is currently 97.3 percent occupied. There is 3.4 million square feet of industrial space currently under construction in the submarket.
