Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of 24,924 square feet located at 13840 Denton Drive in Farmers Branch, Texas. The buyer, Woodhill Investment Company, was represented by Jake Dreyer of KW Commercial. Jason Tangen and Barrett Gibson of Colliers represented the seller, H&B Development and Construction, in the transaction

Woodhill Investment Company purchased the property as a 100% net leased investment opportunity. The industrial warehouse is situated on ±2 acres, one block off I-35 with easy access to 635 and President George Bush Turnpike Toll Road. The building is fully leased by Corey Construction and features newly renovated office and warehouse space with high-end finishes throughout. 

The subject property is located in the N Stemmons/Valwood submarket which is located northwest of Dallas in Farmers Branch, TX. The submarket experiences healthy demand and is 96% occupied. The average asking rental rate is currently $6.85 per square foot.
