Colliers announces the sale of the 70,000 square foot distribution facility located at 10702 Cash Road in Stafford, Texas

Colliers International notes Tarhong Properties LLC has purchased the 70,000 square foot distribution facility at 10702 Cash Road, Stafford, Texas. Jim Pratt of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction. The purchaser was represented by Michael Brent with the City of Industry, California Lee & Associates office.

Colliers International also represented the seller in the sale of the 330,000 square foot facility located at 1601 Gillingham Lane, Sugar Land. Capital Plastics International Inc. will relocate from 10702 Cash Road to 1601 Gillingham Lane in the near future.


10702 Cash Road is a 70,000 square foot rare, freestanding tiltwall building with approximately 10,000 square feet of office. Built in 2005 and expanded in 2006, the building sits on 3.5837 acres and is fully fenced with an access gate. The property is located in the City of Stafford Freeport Trade Zone with easy access to Highway 90, Highway 59, and Beltway 8.
