Colliers International agents Emalia Pietsch and Jon-Eric Greene are appointed to lease the entertainment space at the Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger – Hawaii’s first and only craft hotel

Honolulu, January 5, 2021 – Colliers International (Colliers) has been retained to handle the leasing of the multi-level 20,476 square feet of prime entertainment space at Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger. Emalia Pietsch, Vice President of Colliers, will take the lead on the new project.

Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger is an all-new lifestyle hotel with a modern take on Hawaiian culture. Located just steps to the sand and surf of Waikiki Beach and the world-class shopping of International Market Place, Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger is Hawaii’s first and only craft hotel, curated by local artists and influencers, the Beachcomber Originals.

Authentic anchor restaurants already include the craft sensation Maui Brewing Company and Hawaiian Aroma Caffe – Waikiki’s most Instagrammed coffee shop.
