This is the fifth S7-Icy Bubble location on Oahu. Other locations include Pearl City Shops, Kingsgate Plaza, Kapolei Marketplace and Wahiawa Town Center. The popular dessert shop offers a variety of bubble teas, rolled ice cream and seasonal gift items. Maria Su is a member of the Retail Services Division of Colliers International’s Hawaii office, specializing in assisting retail businesses to assess and strategize their location and growth strategies.  

For over the last decade, Maria served as a business and financial consultant, with services including valuation, financial analysis, fraud investigation and forensic accounting. She has practiced with CPA and Consulting firms all over the world, including New York, San Francisco, Hawaii and Shanghai, China. Having earned a Master Degree in Accountancy from University of Notre Dame, Maria’s strong educational background combined with her professional experiences allows her to utilize a wide array of knowledge to help clients attain their real estate goals.

Maria was born and raised in Shanghai, China, and speaks fluently in both Mandarin Chinese and Shanghainese. Her unique upbringing allows her to understand both eastern and western cultures.
