Colliers is pleased to announce the return of Kelli Wilinski as Vice President of the Retail Services Division

Kelli Wilinski, a commercial real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience, is returning to Colliers as Vice President of the Retail Services Division. Kelli got her start in the industry with Colliers and was with them for 14 years before spending the last five with CBRE.

"Colliers is excited to welcome Kelli back to the Hawaii office. Her years of experience and market expertise will provide a unique perspective within the retail division and drive the continued growth of our company," stated Sarah Lee Morihara, President/Managing Director for Colliers' Hawaii office.

“It’s great to be back with Colliers, partnering with those who I have long-standing relationships with. I’ll be focused largely on tenant representation while serving a few of the landlord clients I am privileged to have,” said Kelli.

Sarah Lee Morihara is president and managing director of Colliers in Hawaii. In this capacity, Sarah oversees the operations of all Colliers service lines in the islands including brokerage, property management and consulting.  She ensures service delivery to the company’s clients, engages in client consultation, and provides guidance and support to Colliers agents, property managers and other staff members. In concert, Sarah and Colliers executive team strive to provide optimal commercial real estate solutions for clients.                                                                          

Sarah’s background is in real estate law, having previously practiced at one of Honolulu’s largest law firms. This allows her to enhance Colliers’ services with legal practicality and insight while maintaining the ability to explore opportunities and implement strategies.

Kelli Yanagawa Wilinski is Vice President in the Retail Services Division of Colliers, Hawaii's largest commercial real estate organization. Her area of expertise is retail landlord and tenant representation throughout the state.

Kelli works closely with her clients to develop thoughtful and appropriate real estate strategies. She achieves results by leveraging her industry experience, market knowledge and established relationships.

Kelli was a First Vice President at CBRE's Honolulu office prior to rejoining Colliers, where she worked from 2003 through 2017. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Kelli worked for Pacific Business News as a Sales Art Director and Advertising Consultant.
