Colliers leasing Anchor Cove Shopping Center in Kauai

Anchor Cove Hero

Nathan Fong and Andy Kazama of Colliers have been retained to handle the leasing of Anchor Cove Shopping Center in Lihue, Kauai.

Anchor Cove Shopping Center is located on the picturesque Kalapaki Bay in Lihue, Kauai. The property is situated minutes from Nawiliwili Harbor where approximately 215,000 cruise ship passengers arrive annually. It is also minutes from the Championship Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Hokuala and just one mile from Kauai's main airport, Lihue Airport. There is a walking path stretching from the Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort (345 Units) and the Timbers Kauai Ocean Club (47 private residences plus 36 units under development) that leads directly alongside the center and back to Nawiliwili Harbor. Locals and tourists fill the ABC Store for gifts, souvenirs, and everyday goods, as it’s the closest convenience store in the Nawiliwili corridor.

Leasing opportunities for retailers range from 546 to 8,410 square feet. The center features beachfront retail spaces with great visibility, ample parking, and upcoming renovations. The anchor space opportunity is the former iconic JJ’s Broiler Restaurant. The 8,410 SF oceanfront restaurant has multiple stories with outdoor seating and is the ideal turn-key restaurant opportunity.
