Colliers International represents seller in land purchased by Tindall Corporation for new $27.9 million manufacturing facility

Spartanburg, SC - The Colliers International team of John Montgomery, Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall successfully facilitated the sale of ±41 acres on Fairforest Clevedale Road in Spartanburg on behalf of a local private landowner to Tindall Corporation. 

Tindall has selected this location for its new state-of-the-art Utility Division manufacturing facility.

The planned expansion project represents more than $27.9 million in investment and will provide needed space for the company to increase production capacity and expand product offerings. Tindall plans to create 20 new jobs at this location to support the increase in production.

Tindall Corporation is a South Carolina-based company with roots in Spartanburg, where it opened its headquarters in 1932. The company has since expanded to five states and is now one of the largest precast concrete manufacturers in North America, providing engineering solutions for a wide range of building projects across the U.S. and internationally.

Located less than 1.5 miles and a 2-minute drive from the existing Tindall headquarters on Hayne Street, the new facility site at 2877 Fairforest Clevedale Road will allow for tight connectivity and ease of movement between locations.

The company's new facility is expected to be completed in early 2021. The Coordinating Council for Economic Development has awarded Spartanburg County a $100,000 Set-Aside grant for costs related to the project.

An additional ±95 acres remain available near the new Tindall site, with frontage along US Highway 29/Warren H. Abernathy Highway.
