Greenville-Spartanburg, SC- Colliers | South Carolina broker Dillon Swayngim represented RealtyLink Development in the sale of Building A at Garlington North Industrial Park to Diversified Medical Healthcare.
Building A at Garlington North Industrial Park consists of ±136,080 square feet and features 32 dock doors, two drive-in doors and 109 parking spaces less than five minutes from major retail corridor Pelham Road. RealtyLink is currently in the planning stages for the construction of two additional industrial buildings at the park; buildings B and C will consist of ±136,500 square feet each with similar specifications and configuration to Building A. Both buildings are currently available for pre-leasing.
Diversified Medical Healthcare (DMH), represented by Elliott Fayssoux and Richard Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in the transaction, will occupy and utilize a portion of the Class A building to expand its business in Greenville. The space will primarily be used for distribution and will employ as many as 100 people once fully operational.
DMH is a holding company headquartered on Pelham Road with four operating entities: clinical reference laboratory, medical supply and equipment distribution, sterile medical manufacturing and medical software. Three of their companies have been active in producing supplies and services towards the fight against COVID-19.
