CRG Announces Phase II Speculative Building at The Cubes at Inland 85 Logistics Center in Spartanburg County

On the heels of a major lease announcement on its Phase I, ±1.32-million-square-foot building, CRG has announced they will immediately begin construction on Phase II of the Cubes at Inland 85 Logistics Center. The initial building will consist of 504,060 square feet expandable to 1,341,060 square feet.

Greenville-Spartanburg – St. Louis-based CRG, a private real estate investment affiliate of Clayco Inc., announced this week it is ready to move forward with Phase II at the Inland 85 Logistics Center in Spartanburg County.

The company plans to begin construction immediately on Phase II, which consists of 504,060 square feet of speculative industrial space expandable to ±1.34 million square feet.

CRG recently secured a long-term lease of Phase I, which consisted of ±1.32 million square feet within the same park, situated less than two miles from the Inland Port in Greer.

Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall of Colliers International in Spartanburg helped facilitate the land purchase and lease agreement for Phase I and will continue to work with CRG on future projects at the Inland 85 Logistics Center including Phase II.

The Inland 85 Logistics Center occupies nearly 325 total acres of land with the most recent master plans showing up to five buildings and ±3.31 million square feet of industrial space that could eventually be built on the site.

The park offers potential industrial users flexibility in building size as well as close proximity to the Inland Port in Greer, BMW and I-85.

Phase II will begin with a base building of 504,060 square feet, featuring 36-foot clear heights, 428 employee parking spaces, 118 trailer parking spaces and 84 dock doors and is expected to deliver Q2 2020.
