Colliers welcomes Ed Teagle as Building Engineer for the Wells Fargo Center in downtown Greenville

Greenville, SC – Colliers International is pleased to announce the addition of Ed Teagle to its Real Estate Management Services division in Greenville. Teagle will serve as Building Engineer for the Wells Fargo Center, a 159,813-square-foot mixed-use building on Main Street with office, retail and multifamily offerings that is a recent addition to Colliers’ property management portfolio.

Teagle has over 22 years of professional experience in commercial property management, operations, maintenance and engineering. He has extensive experience with HVAC and energy management systems, LEED Gold and high-rise office buildings and maintaining and operating all mechanical and electrical equipment. He has also managed capital improvement projects, systems improvements and preventative maintenance.
