Colliers secures relocation of office headquarters for packing solutions company

Greenville, SC – Colliers | South Carolina’s office brokerage team members Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison, along with Heather Lamb, Senior Vice President in the Colliers | Atlanta office, represented Brookfield Realty II LLC in the lease of office space to Industrial Packaging Supplies Inc. (IPS) at 701 Brookfield Parkway. IPS will occupy ±28,588 square feet of the three-story building that will serve as the new corporate headquarters for the packaging solutions company. 

“When Verizon vacated the nearly ±200,000-square-foot building at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, Colliers was hired to re-lease the space,” said Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Vice President at Colliers. “We had to navigate the challenge of shifting the marketing focus from single-tenant to multi-tenant, and we are now delighted to have secured one of the few office headquarters in Greenville.”  

Industrial Packaging Supplies Inc. is a nationwide leader in packaging and automation, using industry-specific, specialized resources to provide full-scale packaging solutions. The family-owned business is moving its office out of its warehouse in Fountain Inn, SC where it has operated its headquarters since 1976. IPS has grown to become a nationwide distributor for leading manufacturers in the country.

Constructed in 2002 and impeccably maintained, tenants enjoy brand-new, state-of-the-art amenities and a world-class work environment.
