Colliers represents Charleston-based Carmella’s Cafe and Dessert Bar in its expansion to Greenville

Carmella’s Cafe and Dessert Bar will open its second location in Downtown Greenville

Greenville, SC - Colliers’ Lance Byars, MRED and Scott Burgess, MBA represented Carmella’s Café and Dessert Bar in leasing a ±2,395-square-foot retail space at the recently completed Camperdown development.

“Greenville is a vibrant, growing town and is an ideal location to open our second location,” said Carmella’s owner, Brian Solari. “We are excited to be a part of the Camperdown development and serve customers in this beautiful Falls Park venue.” 

Carmella’s is an Italian café and dessert bar specializing in gourmet gelato and sorbetto, cakes and pastries, pizza and sandwiches, and a full bar. The space will have a large covered outdoor patio overlooking Falls Park and the Liberty Bridge.
