Colliers International | South Carolina marketing staff earn Commercial Property Marketing Certification


Greenville/Spartanburg, SC – Four members of the Colliers International | South Carolina marketing team have earned the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) from Colliers University: Elizabeth Turner, Molly Hughes, Cate Smolinsky and Hannah Byars. 

The designation was earned after completing a rigorous set of courses covering a variety of topics and training on marketing and commercial real estate designed to enhance the Colliers marketing platform.

Turner is a Senior Marketing Coordinator in Colliers’ Columbia office who specializes in creating and executing innovative property marketing strategies for the industrial and general commercial brokerage teams and holds responsibilities for the company’s offices across the state including media relations, email marketing, social media, event planning and more.

Hughes is a Marketing Coordinator in Colliers’ Greenville office who excels in developing online marketing strategies for various brokerage teams. 

Smolinsky is a Marketing Coordinator in Colliers’ Charleston office who focuses on pitching new business, proposal writing, property marketing and more for various brokerage teams. 

Byars is a Marketing Assistant in Colliers’ Spartanburg office who assists with property marketing, creating materials and providing administrative support for brokerage teams.
