Colliers International represents the landlord in the leasing and subsequent sale of 219 Pelham Road

After bringing the property to 100% leased, Colliers sold this retail property in less than three months.

Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Scott Burgess and Lance Byars assisted the landlord in the sale of 219 Pelham Road, an 8,100-square-foot retail strip center that is situated in front of the Publix on Pelham Road. When Burgess and Byars began the leasing assignment, the building was at 40% occupancy. After only six months, they brought the center to 100% occupancy, creating a highly marketable investment opportunity for $1,925,000.
