Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Richard Jackson and Givens Stewart, SIOR represented the buyer and the seller in the purchase of the flex/industrial portfolio at 100 and 101 Fortis Drive in Greenville, SC. Jackson represented the buyer, RealOp Investments, allowing them to grow their flex and industrial portfolio, while Stewart represented the seller, Dianthus, LLC & Betula, LLC.
RealOp purchased the buildings for $2.8 million with plans to reinvest in the assets, including landscape, parking and façade improvements. Currently approximately 68,500 square feet, the portfolio offers expansion capabilities at both buildings for potential new development in the future.
