Colliers International represents Pacolet Milliken Enterprises in sale of 213 acres to Keurig Green Mountain

Master planned Tyger River Industrial Park - North to house new state-of-the-art roasting and packaging facility.

Spartanburg, SC – After three years of master planning and continued investment, Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, with the assistance of Colliers International’s Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall, has sold 213 acres of land in Tyger River Industrial Park - North. The land was purchased by Keurig Green Mountain, which plans to build a new state-of-the-art roasting and packaging facility on the site. Keurig will be the sixth major investment in Tyger River Industrial Park since its opening in 2014, joining companies such as Toray Carbon Fibers of America, Ritrama, Kobelco and Magna International.

The announcement concludes a multi-state site selection process by Keurig. The new facility represents a $350 million capital investment that will create 500 new jobs in Spartanburg County. In addition, the facility will have expansion capacity for future beverage distribution and warehousing, ensuring a long-term commitment from the company.

Tyger River Industrial Park - North is one of Pacolet Milliken’s premier parks. The company worked closely with Colliers International throughout an extensive master planning process that included the closure and relocation of roads and utilities to make the 213-acre site contiguous and available for development. Lockhart Power will provide electrical service to Keurig and the remaining acreage within the park.

After the sale of 213 acres to Keurig, Pacolet will have an additional 10 sites that can accommodate 3.7 million square feet of development capacity within Tyger River Industrial Park – North.

“We are excited for the continued success of Tyger River Industrial Park and pleased to represent Pacolet Milliken in this sale to Keurig,” said Garrett Scott, Vice President of Colliers International | South Carolina. “Pacolet Milliken continues to be an excellent corporate citizen and a resource to our community by investing and developing premier industrial parks that make transactions like this possible.
