Colliers International represents Orangetheory Fitness in two new leases in Greenville-Spartanburg metro area

New studios in Spartanburg and Greer bring fitness club’s locations to four in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market.

Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Scott Burgess and Lance Byars have assisted Orangetheory Fitness in the addition of two more studio locations in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market. The first, in Spartanburg, is located in Hillcrest Shopping Center on E. Main Street. The second, in Greer, will be located on a newly constructed outparcel of Riverside Crossing, which is anchored by Lowe’s Foods.

“We are thrilled to announce the third and fourth locations for Orangetheory Fitness in the Upstate,” said Byars, Brokerage Associate with Colliers International | South Carolina. “As the demand for healthier lifestyles continues to grow, the need to be convenient for members is critical. These locations will provide that convenience and access for Orangetheory’s membership as the club and the area grow.”

Orangetheory Fitness has worked with Colliers for its previous two locations in the Upstate, located on Woodruff Road, which opened in 2017, and in downtown Greenville, which opened in May of this year. Current plans for these new locations in Spartanburg and Greer have scheduled openings in the early fourth quarter of 2018 and the first or second quarter of 2019, respectively.

No plans have been released yet for future studio locations for Orangetheory Fitness in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson region, but the company continues to find success as it rapidly expands. Burgess and Byars will continue to provide tenant representation services for the fitness club as it seeks any future locations in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market.

Burgess and Byars are both members of the Colliers retail brokerage team, specializing in the representation of owners, buyers and tenants in purchasing and leasing retail space.
