Colliers International represents landlord and tenant in TBC Corporation move to Greenville

Independence Corporate Park welcomes latest tenant to Class A suburban office campus.

Greenville, SC – Brantley Anderson represented the landlord, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, and Taylor Allen represented new tenant, TBC Corporation, in the long-term lease between the two parties.

“We’re pleased to have TBC Corporation at Independence Corporate Park,” said Chris Tully, Regional Director, Asset Management of Intercontinental. “Having another global company with an excellent reputation will be beneficial for our park and the Greenville community.”

TBC Corporation is a leading marketer of automotive replacement tires, with offices in Florida and South Carolina. They are moving their South Carolina office from Duncan, in Spartanburg County, to Independence Corporate Park, located at the I-85 and I-385 interchange in Greenville.

“We are eager to bring our corporate operations to Greenville,” said Ray Underwood III, Vice President of Real Estate and Development at TBC Corporation. “We invested in this move to benefit our employees. The amenities and location will enhance the quality of our workplace.”

These amenities include Class A office space, abundant parking, trails, a water feature, basketball courts and a fitness center. Sunflower Eatery, a full-service restaurant, is located on-site and serves breakfast and lunch to the park’s tenants. Colliers International provides building management and employs a full-time, dedicated property technician.
