Colliers International’s office brokerage team represents Ballentine Capital Advisors in the purchase of an office building in Greenville, SC

Greenville, SC – Colliers International | South Carolina’s office brokerage team of Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented Ballentine Capital Advisors in the purchase of a 4,570-square-foot office building at 15 Halton Green Way in Greenville, SC to serve as its new headquarters. 

“We were pleased to work with Ballentine Capital Advisors to acquire this building to support the needs of their growing practice,” said Bailey Tollison, Brokerage Associate for Colliers International | South Carolina. “Despite a shortage of owner-occupant office buildings due to record low interest rates, we were able to move quickly and secure one of the highest quality buildings in Greenville’s suburban market.”
