  • Scott Burgess, MBA and Lance Byars, MRED represented Doolittle Gallery LLC in the lease of 8,900 square feet of retail space to Goldfish Swim School of Greenville at 605 Haywood Road in Greenville.
  • Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented PTRE Holdings, LLC and CapCenter in the lease of 6,506 square feet of office space at 103 N. Main Street in Greenville.
  • Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented Caprocq Greenville LLC in the lease of 5,934 square feet of office space to HDR Engineering at 15 S. Main Street in Greenville.
  • Richard Barrett, MCR and Brannan Hudson, CCIM represented Thomas Centre LLC in the lease of 7,600 square feet of flex industrial space to Orbis Health Solutions, LLC at 111 Smith Hines Road in Greenville.
  • Scott Burgess, MBA and Lance Byars, MRED represented New Market Fairview, LLC in the lease of 1,800 square feet of retail space to Earthwise Pet Supply at 655 Fairview Road in Simpsonville. 
  • Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented Carter PC in the leasing of 1,791 square feet of office space at 220 N. Main Street in Greenville. 
  • Scott Burgess, MBA and Lance Byars, MRED represented the landlord in the lease of 1,643 square feet of retail space to Supreme Nutrition at 1143 Woodruff Road in Greenville. 
  • Scott Burgess, MBA and Lance Byars, MRED represented Ultratan, Inc. in the leasing of 1,400 square feet of retail space at 11920 SC-Highway 707 in Murrells Inlet.
