Colliers International awarded brokerage and property management assignments for two buildings in Greenville’s Central Business District

Greenville, SC – Colliers International | South Carolina has been awarded the leasing and property management services assignments for two buildings in Downtown Greenville, SC, with a combined footprint of ±60,000 square feet. 

18 E. North Street is a recently renovated ±26,382-square-foot building with fourth floor office space available for lease. 103 N. Main Street is located next to ONE City Plaza in Downtown Greenville and features many tenants, including Cantina 76, Dress Up, ATI physical therapy and Sip Whiskey & Wine Bar. There is currently space available for lease on the second and third floors. 

Colliers’ office brokerage team of Taylor Allen, SIOR CCIM, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison as well as the retail brokerage team of Scott Burgess, MBA, and Lance Byars, MRED, will handle leasing and marketing efforts for the properties.

Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team assumed the role of property management, serving as physical and financial stewards of both properties. Linda Wheeler, Property Manager, will oversee the day-to-day operations.
