  • Richard Barrett, MCR represented Berry Shoals Industrial LLC in the purchase of an 80,000-square-foot industrial building at 961 Berry Shoals Road in Duncan. 
  • Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall, SIOR represented Cosmos Granite Southeast LLC in the leasing of 31,186 square feet of industrial space at 370 Old Laurens Road in Mauldin.
