Greenville, SC – Colliers office brokerage team members Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented PTRE Holdings, LLC in the sale of a ±33,489-square-foot mixed-use building at 103 N. Main Street in Greenville, SC to Burroughs & Chapin.

103 N. Main Street is a mixed-use building featuring a variety of office and retail suites including a rooftop bar. The building features a diverse and well-known group of tenants including Cantina 76, CapCenter, ATI Physical Therapy, Core24, Dress Up and SIP Whiskey & Wine Bar. 103 N. Main Street is located in one of the most sought-after locations in Downtown Greenville, ONE City Plaza.
