Seneca, SC – Colliers is now accepting offers for 1810 Sandifer Boulevard on U.S. Highway 123, a rare ±148-acre development opportunity. Located in the most populated area of Oconee County, the site is in a highly traveled retail area between Walmart and the Oconee Country Club. 
This unique property lies on the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is in close proximity to Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital, Downtown Seneca and Lake Keowee.  The unzoned parcel allows for a wide variety of commercial, industrial and/or residential options with several conceptual renderings included.
