Caprocq purchases Wells Fargo Center and selects Colliers International for property management

Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s offices in South Carolina and Arkansas represented the buyer, Caprocq Greenville, LLC, in the purchase of Wells Fargo Center, a mixed-use property located in the epicenter of the Greenville Central Business District at 15 S. Main Street. In addition to Class A office space and street-level retail opportunities on Main Street, the Wells Fargo Center also features twenty-two luxury residential apartments.  The Center offers onsite retail and restaurants as well as amenities such as a fitness center, security, dedicated parking and a well-landscaped courtyard with seating.

Caprocq is an Arkansas-based real estate partnership that invests in office, industrial and retail real estate assets in the central and southeast regions of the United States. The Wells Fargo Center is the first of the partnership’s ventures into Greenville. Caprocq’s immediate plans for the Center include, among other infrastructure-related projects, lobby enhancements, new branding through fresh signage and a new lighting package.

Colliers International has been retained by Caprocq for leasing, property management and project management services. Colliers’ Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen will be marketing the 35,399 square feet of available office space, while Scott Burgess and Lance Byars are representing the 1,776-square-foot retail space available.
