Colliers International | South Carolina brings AO - The Space to Legacy Square at Verdae

Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Retail Services Team members Lance Byars, MRED and Scott Burgess, MBA represented the landlord in the lease of 5,300 square feet in Legacy Square to AO - The Space. The tenant was represented by Tyson Smoak of Pintail Capital Partners. 

AO will be relocating to Legacy Square from their current location on North Pleasantburg Drive. Legacy Square is a new, ±50,000-square-foot, mixed-use development in the heart of the Verdae Community at the intersection of Rocky Slope Road and Sedley Road. 

“AO - The Space is going to be an excellent addition to Legacy Square and the community as a whole,” said Byars. “The owner, Jessica Kelley, has a passion for bringing top-tier health and wellness to Greenville, which was obvious the first time we met.”

AO - The Space is a full-service wellness spa and event space, specializing in a variety of treatments from facials and waxing, to massage therapy and acupuncture. They also have a boutique that includes goods from several local vendors.

“This was a great opportunity to bring a thriving local business into the heart of the Verdae Community, joining businesses such as Stella’s Southern Brasserie, Carolina Closets, Verdae YMCA and more at Legacy Square,” said Burgess.
