Spartanburg, SC – Brokerage Associates D. Ralph Settle, II and Lyn Tyner represented the seller, Zephyr II, in the sale of ±8,621 square feet of office space across from the Montgomery Building at 234 N. Church Street in Spartanburg.

The purchased property consists of a two-story office building on ±1 acre of land. The building features an open floor plan adaptable for a variety of uses with several private offices and conference rooms as well as two adjacent parking lot areas.

The buyer, 234 N. Church Street LLC, plans to make capital improvements to the building and secure a new tenant after the existing lease expires in July of this year.  

234 N. Church Street is within walking distance to many retail and dining options as well as city landmarks such as the newly redeveloped Montgomery Building, Chapman Cultural Center, USC Upstate George Dean Johnson School of Business, new Spartanburg County Courthouse and Morgan Square.
