January 9, 2023 – The Colliers Hurst and Harrell team of Jason Hurst, Bennett Harrell and Damaris Arroyo represented the buyer, Mohaidarfl, LLC, an affiliate of Twin Peaks, in the purchase of 2.0 acres on SW 37th Boulevard for $2,000,000. Dan Drotos, also with Colliers, represented the seller, Mitch Glaeser of Laser Investment Group LLC. This two-acre site, ideally located near Archer Road and Butler Plaza, is part of a larger mixed-use project that will eventually be comprised of a hotel, QSR and a full-service restaurant in Twin Peaks.

“We are excited to bring such a high quality and nationally recognized brand such as Twin Peaks to the Gainesville market.” Harrell says.

“Laser Investment Group, LLC is focused on bringing quality commercial projects to the market, and Twin Peaks will fit in perfectly with our development along Archer Road.” – Mitch Glaeser

With its focus on quality, detail and execution, Twin Peaks has redefined the all-female wait staff sports bar category. Unlike its competitors, Twin Peaks offers high-quality food from a Scratch Kitchen, 29° draft beer and a superior sports experience in a comfortable, polished mountain sports ledge setting highlighted by the service of friendly, attentive and attractive Twin Peaks Girls. With more than 80 restaurants in 25 states, Twin Peaks is expanding their reach nationwide and internationally.
