alt=""

Gainesville, Fla. – May 13, 2021 – Daft Cow Brewery will become the newest tenant at San Felasco Tech City located at 13000 Tech City Circle in Alachua, Florida. The 5,000 square foot brewery is expected to open early next year in Phase 2 of the project that consists of an additional 60,000 SF which is under construction now.

Colliers International’s GNV Commercial Advisory Team represented both The Laser Investment Group, LLC (the Landlord) and Daft Cow Brewery, LLC (the Tenant) in the execution of the transaction signed in October of 2020.

San Felasco Tech City is based on an exciting multiuse concept with a “live, work, play” vision and is beginning their next phase of development which will include the Daft Cow Brewery space as well as future office, lab, and light manufacturing spaces. Scott Brown, owner and founder of Daft Cow Brewery, will produce small-batch beers at the brewery to serve inside the new Daft Cow taproom. This small batch process allows Brown to bring in new and unique flavors to his product.

“I’m just excited about being a part of the local craft brewery scene. The breweries here have done so much for the craft beer scene locally. I hope I can live up to what they’ve all done.” – Scott Brown, Owner – Daft Cow Brewery

“We are extremely excited to bring Alachua its first brewery. Daft Cow will only add to the strong synergy and momentum we are seeing at Tech City and will serve as a nice amenity for the workforce and surrounding community.” – Dan Drotos, Senior Director – Colliers International
