The 28± acre vacant land parcel will become the newest phase of the Laureate Village development located at 14623 West Newberry Road in Jonesville, Florida. This phase will consist of a 264-unit multi-family complex and will help serve the housing needs of this young, thriving north central Florida community located just west of Gainesville in Alachua County. “It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Robinson family for the sale of this portion of Laureate Village.  We are very pleased to have found a quality partner to construct the multi-family portion of the mixed-use development.  The Jonesville community will benefit from the expansion of Laureate Village and the addition of new multi-family units.”
