Most recently the Colliers team, led by Dan Drotos, CCIM, SIOR completed the sale of our Tower 24 property. Tower 24 is a mixed-use development requiring the real estate broker to hold considerable knowledge and skills in performing economic analysis, listing presentation, marketing, and contract negotiations.
