Colliers sells Tower 24 in SW Gainesville


Gainesville, Fla. – May 25, 2021 – The GNV Commercial Advisory Team has sold Tower 24 located at the corner of SW 24th Avenue and Tower Road in SW Gainesville. The Seller, Tower 24, LLC, was represented by Colliers and the Buyer, Hess Tower 24, LLC was represented by Charlie Sparks, Broker with Rockford Realty Group, Inc. of Lake City, Florida. The transaction closed on May 24, 2021.


Tower 24 is a mixed-use project consisting of professional office and retail on the ground level and 12 units of multi-family on the 2nd floor configured into 4 separate free-standing buildings. The project was developed in 2008 as a Planned Development (PD) and sits in a convenient SW location minutes from Haile Plantation, Butler Plaza, Celebration Pointe, Tioga Town Center, and many other points of interest. Although not part of this sale, Tower 24 also has 48 single family homes and a two-story bank outparcel.

Rory Causseaux



Rory graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in civil engineering and has spent the past 35 years in Gainesville as a professional consultant in the land-development industry. Shortly following his graduation, Rory founded CHW Professional Consultants. Serving the company for the last 30 years, Rory’s roles shifted from Vice to President, to CEO and later to Founder. Under Rory’s leadership, the company grew from 13 employees to 85 employees and increased its gross revenue to well over $10 million.

Lauren Edwards



Lauren, being born and raised in Gainesville, is extremely familiar with Gainesville and its surrounding areas. She graduated with an Associate Degree in Psychology from Santa Fe College. However, Lauren soon realized her true passion in real estate and has not looked back since.
