Successful Transaction of 6,018 SF Office Building on SW 24th Avenue

Gainesville, Fla. – August 25, 2021 – Colliers International’s GNV Commercial Advisory Team has successfully represented Infinite Properties, LLC, in the seven and a half-year lease of the office building located at 7027 SW 24th Avenue. The tenant, a national environmental engineering firm, was also represented by the GNV Commercial Advisory Team of Colliers International. The transaction closed on August 24, 2021.

This free-standing, 6,018± SF building was built in 2003 and is located in southwest Gainesville near the intersection of Tower Road and SW 24th Avenue. This building is part of the former nine-acre Infinite Energy Campus, which includes additional buildings that are available for lease.

Shortly following his graduation, Rory founded CHW Professional Consultants. Serving the company for the last 30 years, Rory’s roles shifted from Vice to President, to CEO and later to Founder.
