GNV Commercial Advisory Team Secures Halo Potato Donuts 4th Location

Lease for Halo Potato Donuts – Tower Center Addition Coming 2021

November 17, 2020 - Gainesville, Fla - The GNV Commercial Advisory Team of Colliers International’s Gainesville office has secured a new tenant lease for a brand-new building addition to Tower Center, located at 209 NW 75th Street in Gainesville. The lease was secured in response to Halo searching for their fourth location to fulfill their vast growing brand.

The lease agreement was signed on November 3, 2020 and The GNV Commercial Advisory Team represented both the landlord, The Emory Group, and the tenant, Halo Potato Donuts.

The 2,450 SF retail space will support Halo’s fourth location in Gainesville and serve as their home-base, allowing them to explore new features such as, an open kitchen concept, first ever donut customization, coffee bar, and indoor and patio dining. Halo Potato Donuts will be joining Dickeys BBQ leaving only one suite left of 2,100 SF.

“We at the GNV Commercial Advisory Team are thrilled to secure a new location for Halo to continue to grow and serve Gainesville. Even though the current market conditions pose some challenges due to COVID, Halo had the vision needed to execute on this unique opportunity which we know will be wildly successful.” said Lauren Edwards, Associate of Colliers Gainesville. “Finding the opportunity to build-out their own space in a brand-new building gives Halo the flexibility to achieve their ultimate donut fantasy. Through collaboration between Colliers, Halo, and the landlord, we were able to secure a space that will serve the tenant for years to come.”

“Lauren did a great job aiding us in finding our fourth Gainesville location to grow our brand. This new space allows us to expand our efforts, explore new concepts, and better serve our devoted donut lovers. We are excited to begin this new adventure. We would definitely recommend Lauren and the GNV Commercial Advisory Team for your next commercial transaction!”
-Drew Stuerman, Halo Potato Donuts
