Dan Drotos, Senior Director for Colliers International in Gainesville, FL served as part of the pre-launch teams for two recently published Commercial Real Estate books, “Adapt” and “Knowing Isn’t Doing”. Dan had the privilege of reading the text and providing commentary and reviews to the authors prior to the public release.

 

Adapt

 

Adapt, the second release from Blaine Strickland, CCIM held its full release on March 18th and instantly shot up the Amazon Best Sellers list and currently resides at #2 in the commercial real estate category. The book serves as a deep look into what disruptions are heading towards the commercial real estate industry and details steps on how to navigate these disruptions. Technology, transparency, access to information, freelancing, e-commerce, and the aging out of the Baby Boomers are all addressed. Knowing isn’t Doing

 

The third release from Rod Santomassimo, CCIM held a soft release of 300 copies on March 11th and sold out before noon. The official launch nationally will happen in October. In Knowing Isn’t Doing, Rod lays out a roadmap for any independent contractor or solopreneurs looking to build a sustainable and thriving business that will enhance ones personal and professional margin. Many of the concepts in this book are derived from the training tools created through Rod’s professional coaching company, The Massimo Group which coaches some of the top producers in Commercial Real Estate around the country.
