Colliers International grows office platform in Southwest Florida as Brandon Stoneburner joins the team
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Jan. 23, 2020)– Colliers International Southwest Florida has hired Brandon Stoneburner as Executive Managing Director, Office Services, focusing on office leasing and investment sales in the greater Fort Myers market.

During his career, Stoneburner has been directly involved in more than 600 commercial real estate transactions. He has worked on behalf of many national and local companies, as well as state agencies as their tenant representative. Among his larger transactions have beena 96,500-square-foot lease to Source Interlink Companies, Inc., in Bonita Springs, and he representedAIG Global Real Estate on the disposition a 15-building$43.15 million office portfolio to Brookwood Financial Partners.
In handling these transactions, he has worked with such organizations as Bank of America, Gannett Media, Lee Health, Pulte Homes, Raymond James, Verizon Wireless and many others.
Stoneburner was most recently Senior Vice President at CRE Consultants in Fort Myers, where he specialized in sales and leasing of office and investment properties and represented over 30 buildings totaling just over 1 million square feet. He has also worked for brokerage firms Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.
Stoneburner was CRE Consultants’ Top Producer out of all three of the firm’s locations in 2012 and 2017, as well as its Top New Associate in 2011. Gulfcoast Businessincluded him on its prestigious 40 Under 40 list in 2016, and Stoneburner was a CoStar Power Broker based on office leasing transaction volume every year from 2008 to 2018.
