Colliers | Fresno is pleased to announce the successful leasing of a former Longs Drugs store in Northwest Fresno to Unleashed Freeplay Arena. The 27,000 square-foot space, located at 7057 N. Marks Ave., will undergo major renovations before opening in early fall 2023. The facility will offer a range of activities, including ninja obstacle courses, an 8,000 square-foot indoor inflatable, launch slides, warped walls, jousting, stunt falls and more. It is expected to be a unique form of entertainment that will cater to all ages.
Zachary Kaufman, an agent with Colliers | Fresno, was instrumental in securing the lease for the property. “I am pleased to have aided in bringing something new and exciting to the community”, said Kaufman, “Unleashed will be a great addition to the Sunset Square Shopping Center and I am confident it will be a popular destination for locals and visitors alike."
In addition to providing a fun and exciting destination, the arrival of Unleashed Freeplay Arena is expected to have a positive economic impact on the area. The facility will create jobs and bring new life to the Sunset Square Shopping Center.
