Colliers | Wisconsin continues statewide growth with expansion in the Fox Valley

Acquisition of Bomier Properties expands local expertise in the Fox Valley

MILWAUKEE (Sept. 8, 2021) – Colliers | Wisconsin, the state’s largest third-party commercial real estate services firm, is proud to welcome members of the Fox Valley-based Bomier Properties team as its newest associates.

With the acquisition of Bomier Properties, Inc. Colliers | Wisconsin is strengthening its Wisconsin market presence, which in addition to brokerage and property management services, includes real estate development, construction, architecture and facility management. In addition to its growing Fox Valley presence, Colliers | Wisconsin also has offices in the Milwaukee and Madison markets.

“Under the leadership of Terry Bomier, Bomier Properties has long been considered one of the leaders in commercial real estate in the Fox Valley.  Combined with our statewide resources and national reach, we are confident we can continue to build on their success and provide better continuity to our clients through the state of Wisconsin.  Lyle Landowski, Managing Director of Colliers | Wisconsin, said.  “We are very eager to carry the Bomier legacy forward and work with this talented team of professionals under the banner of Colliers | Wisconsin.”

Founded in Appleton by Terry Bomier in 1990, Bomier Properties has listed more than $1 billion worth of properties, and has exceeded sales of $600 million since its launch. The Bomier Properties team currently consists of five professionals, who will join Mark Pucci, who has represented Colliers in the Fox Valley since 2014.

While Terry Bomier will step back from his current ownership and leadership role, he will remain with the company in a brokerage and mentoring capacity.

“Colliers has a strong local ownership and leadership model in place and was the right fit to ensure the future success of the business,” Terry Bomier said.  “The organization’s best-in-class culture and investment in talent made Colliers the logical choice to continue the proud legacy of Bomier Properties into the future. This relationship ensures that our clients and the business community of northeast Wisconsin will continue to have access and relationships with local brokers who possess a deep familiarity with the region.”

The acquisition signals continued growth for Colliers | Wisconsin. About a year ago, the firm expanded its presence in the Madison market adding Managing Director Chris Richards and additional talent to that office. The growth has been fueled by a vision to build a full-service statewide real estate platform that can serve any client need, coupled with a people-first culture.
