Colliers Detroit Announces 51,954 SF Industrial Flex Sale in Southfield, Michigan

Colliers Detroit is pleased to announce the sale of 51,954 SF of Industrial Flex space located at 26545 American Drive in Southfield, MI.

John Fricke, Executive Vice President, Peter J. Kepic, Senior Vice President, and Jonathon Loos, Associate, of Colliers Detroit, represented the seller, Veoneer, in the transaction who had previously used the site as office space.

The new owner is Oakland Family Centers, a Family Mental Health Services facility with a dozen existing locations in Michigan, who will occupy their new building in the first quarter of 2022.
