-320 Coffee and Creamery Settles into their New Location in One of Detroit's Hotspots

Colliers International is pleased to announce Ben Hubert, Vice President, and Ben Rosenzweig, Vice President, completed the 1,102 SF lease of Retail Street Front unit at, 4830 Cass Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. Hubert and Rosenzweig represented the tenant, -320 Coffee and Creamery, in the transaction.

The tenant, -320 Coffee and Creamery, will fill the space of a former Tim Horton’s near the busy campus of Wayne State University. Business plans have been set and aim to be open later this fall in time for students returning to the Wayne State Campus. -320 Coffee and Creamery takes a new spin on ice cream and coffee incorporating all-natural ingredients with liquid nitrogen and sourcing beans from small farmers around the world!

Ben Hubert has been involved in various aspects of real estate for over 15  years. While attending The University of Michigan, he started a family owned business, Cuzzens Real Estate Services. Ben is a retail broker in the Detroit market, about half of his business is focused on the city of Detroit. Ben has done more retail transactions in the last 7 years inside the city than  pretty much any other single broker. Inside the City of Detroit,  Ben helps Buyers and Sellers, Landlords and Tenants of all markets find the right fit for thier business. Outside the city, and in the Metro Market, Ben focuses on retail, strip centers, shopping center, resturants and other retail focused real estate transactions.

Additionally,  Ben does some master broker work, helping tenants find locations nationally.
