The Jonna Group of Colliers International Detroit is pleased to announce Simon Jonna, Executive Vice President, completed a 9,002 square foot sale of a Dollar General at 15 South Elba Road in Lapeer, Michigan. Simon represented the seller, an undisclosed family, and the buyer, a private investment fund based in California

15 South Elba Road in Lapeer, Michigan, is approximately 1 hour outside of Detroit. This Dollar General is operating under a corporate absolute triple-net lease with 12 years remaining.
