Columbus Industrial Team Finds Warehouse Space for Hollingsworth

COLUMBUS, Ohio - November 8, 2019 - (
Colliers International | Greater Columbus Region, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the leasing of 146,552 square feet of industrial space at 2450-2500 Spiegel Drive, Groveport, OH to Hollingsworth.

2450-2500 Spiegel Drive is owned by Mapletree. This Class A space is located in the Rickenbacker area and will accommodate future growth and expansion for Hollingsworth.
