Applied Science Signs 10-Year Lease on Flex Space to Become their Central Location

Colliers International is pleased to announce Ryan Ferris, Associate, and Anthony Toth, Vice President, completed the 10-year, 12,667 SF Flex Building lease at 21455 Melrose Avenue in Southfield, Michigan. Ferris and Toth represented the tenant, Applied Science, a civil and environmental engineering firm in the transaction.

“Applied Science was established in 1984 and has been in its Detroit office for the past 20 years.  With the pandemic, it became clear that the ability to have both the office staff and field team in the same location would be important for the company’s continued growth.  We were able to find a solution in which we were able to meet their location, budget, and buildout requirements.  We are grateful for the opportunity to help make this happen for them!” -Ryan Ferris

Applied Science will be consolidating their current offices in Detroit & Farmington Hills in January of ‘22, making this their new central location.
