Colliers Detroit Announces 59,791 SF Industrial Manufacturing Sale in Marshall, Michigan

Colliers Detroit is pleased to announce the sale of 59,791 SF of office / lab space located at 1507 South Kalamazoo Avenue in Marshall, MI.

John Fricke, Executive Vice President, of Colliers Detroit, represented the seller, BorgWarner Cooling Systems of Michigan, Inc., in the transaction who had previously used the site for an automotive technical center.

The new owner is Common Citizen, a cannabis grower and marketer with several existing locations in Michigan  who will occupy the new building in early 2022 as its main office and technical center.
