Colliers Facilitates Sale of Corporate-Owned Campus

230,000 SF Traded in 190 STEM Corridor

Colliers announced the sale of a corporate-owned two-building office campus in Dallas, Texas. Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd of Colliers Dallas-Fort Worth and Cory Sovine of Colliers Milwaukee represented the seller. The approximate 230,000 SF suburban campus was acquired by Capital Commercial Investments.

Located at 17655 & 17657 Waterview Parkway, the Waterview 190 campus maintains a strong suburban presence along the 190 STEM Corridor, located across from the University of Texas at Dallas, and equidistant between CityLine (State Farm Headquarters) and Legacy (Toyota North America Headquarters).

“Waterview 190 is indicative of the bullish office investment environment in North Texas, whereby investors and their capital stack can successfully execute the business plan and achieve returns difficult to find in other US office markets,” said Boyd, senior vice president at Colliers.

Waterview 190 serves as a flagship asset for one of DFW’s most active and proven   submarkets. The property constitutes a rare, well-designed and institutionally maintained vacant asset, immediately ready for occupancy.

“The level of activity we received for this campaign was unprecedented. We had several groups targeting full price offers, but ultimately our client awarded it to the group that gave them the highest surety of close.  Investors from all over the globe have recognized North Texas as their top consideration for harvesting their capital,” said Stark, executive vice president at Colliers.
