Move Sets for Growth in Healthcare Real Estate Sector
Colliers International announced today that it has promoted Tiffany Angelle to executive vice president of the Healthcare Service division for the South-Central region in Dallas. The move sets the stage for growth in the healthcare and life science, and senior housing real estate sectors.
“Tiffany’s level of production and the relationships she has nurtured over the last several years makes this promotion long overdue,” said Daniel Taylor, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for Brokerage in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Angelle has more than 20 years of experience in finance and commercial real estate. She joined Colliers in 2015 and has completed over two million square feet of sale and lease transactions totaling $560 million. Her primary focus is on ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, imaging centers, and medical office buildings.
“We have an unprecedented opportunity to drive a high level of growth and business objectives for the entire Colliers Healthcare Platform,” said Angelle. “My goal is to maximize value and growth for our healthcare clients and the entire Colliers platform nationally by working together in collaboration with other regions and national healthcare teams, including corporate solutions.”
Tiffany’s experience includes serving as the national account manager for a large surgical facilities management company, where she actively managed a portfolio totaling approximately 5.5 million square feet consisting of 270 leased and owned facilities located in 27 states. Some of her other clients and counterparts include Baylor Scott & White, Carter Validus, Dignity Health, Remedy Medical Properties (formerly MBRE Healthcare), Memorial Hermann, Montecito Medical Group, Physicians Realty Trust, Providence Health System, Tenet Healthcare, United Surgical Partners International and Welltower, among others.
Tiffany attended the University of Louisiana and received a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance and a minor in marketing. She is a Healthcare Fellow.
