Patrick Daniels has joined Colliers
Colliers proudly announced the hire of Patrick Daniels to its growing DFW Occupier Services team. Daniels will focus on strategic consulting and winning business through a unique consultative brokerage approach that integrates exceptional advisory services into one of the country’s largest brokerage teams.
“We are thrilled to welcome a rockstar in the industry such as Patrick to our team,” said Baron Aldrine, vice chairman of occupier services at Colliers. “Patrick’s approach challenges traditional brokerage by first focusing on the client’s business needs before developing the best real estate strategy.”
Daniels joins Colliers with over 20 years of experience in real estate strategy and consulting and a background in architecture. He holds several degrees, making him a highly qualified asset to the Colliers office.
“Our Colliers team takes pride in intentionally selecting those who meet the needs of clients and elevate an upending offering other brokerage firms don’t provide,” said Steve Rigby, vice chairman of occupier services at Colliers. “By embedding within our team complementary skillsets from MBAs, CPAs, architects, attorneys and brokers, we can solve problems and deliver exceptional outcomes in an integrated and holistic manner.”
“Colliers is undoubtedly showcasing its tremendous growth in the CRE industry,” said Daniels. “It’s an honor to join such a credible and dynamic team. I’m thrilled to apply my vast expertise toward integrating consulting and brokerage services for the benefit of our clients.”
