Gulf Relay Expands Dallas Footprint

350,150 SF Industrial Lease Signed in South Dallas

Gulf Relay, a fast-growing full-service third-party logistics provider (3PL), has signed a lease for an additional 350,150 square-foot space located at Crossroads Trade Center 1 in South Dallas.  Currently operating out of Coppell, TX in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and based out of Clinton, MS., the move significantly expands the company’s Dallas footprint bringing its total network in DFW to 460,000 square feet and its U.S. network to 700,000+ square feet. Gulf Relay combines strategic assets, cutting-edge technology, warehouse operations and smart logistics professionals to manage freight nationwide.

Colliers industrial team led by Ward Richmond, along with James Ewing, represented the tenant. Richmond’s team specializes in representing logistics and transportation companies with their supply chain real estate needs throughout North America. Cushman & Wakefield team members, Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin, represented the landlord. Clarion Partners team members, Jack Stamets and Andy Lowe, were also involved in the transaction.

When I'm not being a Dad or trying to sneak into an Amazon distribution center (this is actually not possible), you might find me walking on fire with Tony Robbins or taking an ice bath with Wim Hof. I'm also a lifelong athlete having played collegiate level football and rugby and completed 3 Ironman triathlons. These days, I spend my time practicing yoga and I recently completed 100 hours of yoga teacher training.
